Umm, I'm an ecologist by trade (more "wet" than "hard" perhaps!).
Look at agricultural land-use change and the impact on the environment, so do some policy analysis and (horror) am doing socio-economic stuff at the moment.
Am not liking studying people - if you're an animal, you make optimising decisions the whole time or the consequence is death/no offpring. If you're human, you can get away with sub-optimal decisions, therefore your behaviour is difficult to predict.
