I have no idea how to do it on IJ. (Probably similar to LJ, though) But on LJ, it is pretty easy: You look for one of the lists of syndicated feeds and on the bottom of the side, there will be "Add Feed by URL". Enter the link; it will ask you for a name and you're done.
